The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. Technical connection data such as IP address, time, requested URL, referrer, browser and device information are processed to deliver and protect the site. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Netlify describes the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses as transfer safeguards.

3. Contact form and email

The form collects your email address and message. Netlify Forms processes and stores the submission in the site's Netlify account. An email notification can be delivered to an email account hosted by Google. The data are used only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps prior to entering a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. A honeypot and Netlify's spam controls reduce automated submissions.

4. Retention

Enquiries are deleted when they are no longer required, unless contractual, tax or commercial retention duties apply.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site does not use audience analytics, advertising pixels, social-media plugins, embedded maps or embedded videos. Technically necessary storage may be used by hosting and security services.

6. Your rights
